DF-1 Serial to PLC-5

Use these settings when communicating DF-1 Serial to PLC-5 controllers via Channel 0

·      Select Adapter

·      Enabled = CHECKED

·      Device Type = Serial DF1

·      Comm Port = COM1: ~ COM24:

·      PLC Type = PLC5 (ENET/DH+/DF1)

·      Link Speed = 9600 or 19.2k
LinkSpeed must match the baud rate of PLC Channel-0 setting.

·      Checksum = CRC or BCC
Checksum must match the checksum of PLC Channel-0 setting

·      TimeOut (3000ms) default. This is how long the INGEAR driver will wait for a response after sending a message on the serial link.

·      Click Apply

·      Click Done

Notes:

All other driver settings are not used for this configuration.
