If you purchase the electronic download version of NET.LOGIX 2.0 Developer or Single Edition, you will receive a download link to for the license installation setup. If you have the CD version of NET.LOGIX, the license installation is part of the installation.
To register and activate your license, run the NET.Logix License Manager applet
Select Start | Programs | INGEAR.NET | NET.LOGIX 2.0 | License Manager from the Windows start bar.
Enter your registration information
Name - Enter the name of the individual that will be eligible for product support, upgrades, etc.
Organization - Enter the name of the company that this license is registered to.
Serial Number - Enter the serial number that was issued to this product
Order Number - Enter the order number from your confirming email.
Activate automatically when I am online(optional). Requires internet access for instant activation available 24/7
Click the Register button register and activate.
You will be presented with a dialog box asking presenting machine profiles:
Desktop (1) - Select this profile if you're activating on a desktop PC
Laptop (2) - Select this profile if you're activating on a Laptop
Laptop Docked (3) - Select this profile if you're activating a Laptop connected to a docking station
Any (4) - Select this profile for any other machine (Netbook, single board computer, etc..)
Manual Activation
If you do not have internet access for instant activation, you can manually activate. Manual activation requests are usually processed within 1 hr during normal business hours (8AM-5PM Mon-Fri Eastern Time U.S.) and within 4-8 hrs. on weekends.
Activate online now. Requires an active Internet connection - Select this button if you are connected to the internet and want to activate automatically.
Activate manually by entering a code. Select this button if you do not have an internet connection
Activate Later - There is a 10-day grace period for activation. Select this button to postpone activation.
Click Activate manually by entering a code.
Serial Number - Issued license serial number
Machine Code - Profile signature of machine
Machine ID - Select machine profile
Select the Copy to Email button to request an activation code for this machine.
Activation Code - Enter (copy/paste) the activation code provided
Click the Activate button.
