Most license errors are caused by failing to use the License Installer, or attempting to use an invalid license file.
When a license error occurs, a dialog box similar to this will appear.

Click the [Show Details] button to determine the cause of the license failure and then take corrective action.
If you're unable to resolve the problem on
you own, click the Copy
details to clipboard link and paste into an email addressed to:

IMPORTANT: You must include the Organization, User, Serial Number and Order Number in the email to receive support.
