USB License Key

The USB dongle provides the utmost ease and flexibility for moving the INGEAR Allen-Bradley Studio 6.0 license across computers. The USB dongle key is offered as an option to the current software-based license activation for the Developer Edition only.

The USB dongle option provides the following features and benefits

The USB dongle adds an "either-or" dimension your INGEAR Studio ActiveX license. The INGEAR Studio ActiveX will attempt to locate the USB first. If the USB dongle is detected, the software-based activation is ignored, regardless whether the license is Developer or Runtime. If the USB dongle is not detected, the ActiveX defaults to the software-based license activation.
